California Community Bank Announces Third Branch Location

ESCONDIDO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 18, 2006--California Community Bank (OTCBB:CABK) announced today that it will broaden its business and consumer banking services by opening its third full service branch at 8996 Miramar Road in San Diego, CA.

President and CEO, Larry Hartwig said, "The Bank's 'high touch' approach to relationship banking has had an excellent reception and since we already have a number of banking relationships in the Kearny Mesa - Miramar Road areas, it is natural that we would consider a full service branch in that area. This has been a high growth area for small businesses, and our analysis shows a clear need for a community bank to replace those that were acquired in the late 1990's. The best part is that we have a strong veteran business banker in the form of Scott Wood to head our efforts in this marketplace."

Hartwig also announced that Executive Vice President Scott Wood will be heading up California Community Bank's activities in the Miramar Road - Sorrento Mesa - Kearny Mesa area.
